How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 6 hours. If it takes longer than 6 hours, please email support@salvogue.co.uk and we'll be happy to help you find an alternative solution.
I accidentally cancelled my order, can I resume it?
If you cancelled your order on the spot and you still want to receive it, it's best to place a new order at checkout. Please email support@salvogue.co.uk if you have any questions — we're happy to help.
I cancelled my order, but I'm not sure if it went through. Can you confirm that the cancellation was successful?
If you cancelled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you will receive another email once the order has been successfully cancelled. If you haven't received a cancellation confirmation, please let us know at support@salvogue.co.uk (and quote your original #Salvogue order number) and we'll look into it!
I don't see the option to cancel myself! How can I cancel my order?
If your order includes a gift card, please email support@salvogue.co.uk as soon as possible (quote your # order number and your cancellation/amendment request) and we'll be happy to help.
